Cowan house, 355 West Twinsburg Road
Among Brandywine’s earliest constructed houses, the Cowan house was located at the Northwest corner of the intersection of West Twinsburg Road and Schoepf Road. The Cowan house was next door to the Warrell house (separated by Schoepf road) as can be seen in the left of the study of Fantastic Snow, Silent House.
By the 1970s, the house had fallen into disrepair, was condemned, and subsequently demolished. A modern house has since been reconstructed in its place.
